Luva Dad wants to invite you to their 9th annual Daddy Daughter Dance at Dreams and Dragonflies Event Center on December 4th. All the money raised from this fun-filled dance will go to fathers with cancer in Colorado.

"Tuned In to NoCo" got to speak with the Founder of Luva Dad, Krystin Becker about the dance. Becker says this is one of her favorite events and she can't wait to welcome every dad and daughter this year.

"This event is my favorite. You see all of the beautiful little girls in their frilly little dresses with their dads just enjoying time with one another...It's a formal event. So, you come in, you're seated, and you have a plated 3-course-meal which is being done by Wild Flower Catering. Then after dinner, you'll dance the night away with a professional DJ."

Along with a meal and dance, Becker says they will also have a raffle for a giant teddy bear, a photo booth, a soda bar, and something extra special that you can take home.

"We have a photographer that does professional photos. So, each couple will leave the event with a 4x6 photograph of themselves. This is done by a professional photographer. This year it will be Blue Stone Imagery and she is also donating her time. So everyone chips in for this event. A lot of people donate their time and talents so that people around here can have a wonderful and beautiful gala-type experience without the huge price tag."

Becker says they will also have optional add-ons when you purchase a ticket. These add-ons will include a tiara, a Shirley Temple and a real corsage.
