The Least-Expensive Home for Sale in Montrose is Beautiful

You know me: I'm always scrolling around Realtor.com, looking for obscenely expensive or otherwise interesting homes. It's not the norm for me to spotlight one for its lack of expense. It's even rarer for me to spotlight a trailer. However, this home for sale on Marine Road just looks too good for me to not tell you about it.

I will admit, my suburban upbringing left me with some preconceived notions on what trailers were like when I was young. So much so, any time I see a trailer for sale, some of those assumptions creep back up, all these years later. I bring this up to say that, if you have any assumptions on how a trailer looks, this one will destroy them.

Honestly, I lived in a fairly expensive apartment for a while, a few years back, and there's nothing about that apartment that you won't find with Trailer 420 at 14461 Marine Road. Quite honestly, I'd argue that it's actually, significantly bigger than an apartment that cost me nearly $1,000 a month in 2016. Thinking about it today kind of makes me mad, not that I've written it down like that.

My regrets notwithstanding, this home boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and looks nothing short of the most modern of homes. All while being the least-expensive home for sale in Montrose, right now. If I could do 2016 all over again, among the many things I'd have done differently would have been to look a little closer at some of the trailers that were available at the time. Heck, there's a trailer park located right behind our studio. I never would have had to drive, again.
