Colorado “Kidults” to the Rescue

Toy sales for 2022 seem to be doing quite thanks to the Kidult of the world. What is a kidult? A KIDULT is an adult who hasn't necessarily grown up from playing with toys. But can function at a high level within the boundaries of our society.

I can count on more than one hand the Colorado adults I know that play video games daily. Most of these folks are above the age of 30. Now, before you crack a joke about the adult child in the basement at mom's house, The "KIDULT" isn't aren't afraid to embrace their childish side. I say, nothing wrong with it, as long as you are an adult contributor to society.

The toys that are flying off the shelves these days are LEGOS, STAR WAR ACTION FIGURES and CARTOONS of all kinds. 

The Hottest gifts on the Kidult list is A Stranger Things Lite-Brite set. The cost is ONLY $100. WOW

A big thank you for the booming market is the growth of Marvel Universe, which has put those action figures in the hands of the Kidults as well.

Now I don't necessarily fall into this category. But I do remember working with a Gentleman who said , "Once I make enough money, I plan on buying back all my favorite toys as a kid". I LOVE THIS IDEA.

I immediately started thing of all the past toys I would get back if I had the Moola to do so. Here is my personal wish list.
