Searching for Great Antiques from Montrose to Grand Junction

When was the last time, you went antique browsing? Once you start it's so much fun. The treasures you find can last a lifetime in your home.

If you've ever watched the television show American Pickers, it will definitely have you searching for long-lost treasures. I've been to several antique shops from Montrose to Grand Junction.

Do you collect antiques?

I like tea cups, especially ones from long ago. Even old teapots are excellent too.

When you are out for a weekend drive and see an antique store do you stop in?

That's the best time. If you don't you might miss out on something special that you may have been searching for.

What is the coolest thing you have found at an antique shop?

My mother-in-law found an old John Wayne picture, and she just loves all things, John Wayne.

With the great weather make sure you get out and check out some antique places. There are quite a few places out at the boardwalk shops, south of Montrose.
