While it seems like the Jack in the Box chain of restaurants is brand new to Colorado, the fast-food company is actually making a bit of a comeback in recent years after a tragic incident involving E. Coli contamination prompted the chain to leave the state back in 1996.

However, Jack in the Box locations have been popping up all over Colorado over the last handful of years and the newest in Grand Junction will become the state's 16th location to date.

The Grand Junction restaurant's vast menu including a variety of burgers, breakfast sandwiches, jalapeno poppers, tacos, and more will undoubtedly prove to be a welcome addition to the city.
