The median home value in Steamboat Springs is about $691,800. The median household income is around $95,100. Steamboat’s sister city could be San Diego, where the median home price is at $725,200.

The median home value in Montrose is $338,000 according to lendingtree.com. The median household income in Montrose is $65,000. When it comes to comparable home values, Montrose and Minneapolis run neck and neck with homes up North costing around $334,200.
