Kids are out of school, the calendar has flipped to June, and it is time to enjoy what summer offers in Northern Colorado. There is plenty to do this time of year, and while many will be focused on vacations, being outdoors, and other activities, there are also many events that happen as well. This weekend will be the first weekend of June, and there are plenty of things to get out and do. Here are a few events taking place this weekend in Northern Colorado that you don't want to miss.
Friday, June 5, Through Sunday, June 7 - Vintage Market Days
Summer is a great time to go shopping, as the weather is nice, there are usually good deals, and plenty of summer items to look for. This weekend Vintage Market Days will be happening at The Ranch, located at 5280 Arena Circle in Loveland. It'll be happening Friday through Sunday and will be open from 10 AM to 4 PM on all three days. There are hidden treasures to be found, and there will be art, antiques, clothing, jewelry, furnishings, plants, goodies, and much more. Admission is $17 on Friday and $12 on Saturday and Sunday. Friday, June 5 - Ice Cream Social
Who doesn't enjoy a summer evening in the park and eating ice cream? This Friday, the Ice Cream Social will be happening from 6 PM to 8 PM in Timnath Community Park. There will be fun activities for kids, rides, games, bounce houses, food trucks, and, of course, ice cream. Saturday, June 6 - BBQ Day
With a name like BBQ Day, how can you not be excited for this event? The festivities will be happening in Johnstown on Saturday this weekend, and there will be a pancake breakfast, a 5K, a parade beginning at 10 AM, food trucks, vendors, live music, and the night will end with fireworks. Saturday, June 6 - Berthoud Day
Berthoud Day is essentially a big block party and a day full of fun in Berthoud.
