These Northern Colorado Coffee Drinks Are Worth The Jitters
I grew up watching my dad drink black coffee. Just black. No cream or sugar and no joy. That's why it blows my mind to see all the crazy, elaborate coffee drinks local coffee shops are now offering.
Let's take a look at some yummy caffeine options and break them down by Northern Colorado city, so you're covered no matter when you go.
Windsor
Coffee House 29 is a warm and cozy little coffee shop located right off Main Street. Not only does CH29 offer all of your caffeine-filled favs, but you can also expect great food and a wonderful staff.
But the yummiest coffee drink on the menu (in my opinion) has to be the Nitro Chai Latte, because it is smooth yet packs a punch that keeps you going throughout the day.
Fort Collins
Bindle Coffee in Fort Collins has a cool menu featuring coffee, tea, and baked goods. Located in the Jessup Farm area, you'll really enjoy the coffee and the atmosphere.
But what's the best drink on the menu? You have to try the Mocha Latte with housemade Ritual chocolate sauce. Creamy and sweet, all in one drink.
Greeley
Still Waters Coffee is a locally owned and operated shop specializing in authentic Costa Rican brews. And if you've never had actual Casta Rican coffee, you'll love the unique flavor that definitely stands out.
Be sure to try the Horchata Latte. A spicy and sweet coffee drink, and a perfect pick-me-up option.
Wellington
The Human Bean is one of my favorite coffee shops for two specific reasons. The first is their drive-thru, which is so convenient, especially if you have crazy kids in the car. The second is their extensive menu of mixed cold energy drinks. Yes, it isn't technically a coffee drink, but cold energy drinks are their specialty. Try the Peachy Fling.
Find the Human Bean in Wellington off the West Frontage Road.
