Amazon is Hiring Thousands of Workers in Colorado
If you need a job, or are looking for a change of pace over your current role with your company, you might be in luck. As the holidays quickly approach, many people will do their shopping online. A big majority of those online shoppers will be using Amazon, I know I will. Amazon is gearing up for the holiday season and is hiring thousands of workers all over Colorado.
According to Fox 21, Amazon will hire 4,000 people in the state of Colorado. 2,000 employees are needed in the Denver Metro Area and more than 1,000 positions are open in Colorado Springs. While some of these jobs at Amazon are seasonal, there are many that have a possibility of full-time employment.
According to Amazon, all seasonal employees will make at least $18 an hour. Workers who stay on after the holiday season usually see a 15 percent increase in pay too. Amazon is hiring over 250,000 employees in anticipation of the holiday season. It also appears they are hiring very fast too. After filling out an application, some positions could be offered to you instantly with a contingency immediately.
