Comfort Food Alert: Colorado’s Getting Another Great Mac & Cheese Joint

Mac & cheese is great comfort food anytime of the year, but it's when the weather start getting "wintery" that Coloradans taste buds light up tot the idea, more. The state's getting another great place to go to get some.

Maybe it's that the idea of having some mac & cheese takes us back to our youths; maybe it's just because is so darn good. The noodles, the sauces, the meats you can add; and you can have tator tots.

This mac & cheese place even has mac & cheese tacos? How are we supposed to resist such fare? I'm betting that they don't have couches to curl up on; that would put them over the top when it comes to, "must have."

I ❤️ Mac & Cheese have dozens of locations across America, but just two (right now) in Colorado: one in Denver and one in Highlands Ranch. Hopefully, they'll be bringing one to Northern Colorado at some point, just not yet.

WHERE IS THE NEW I ❤️ MAC & CHEESE GOING?

According to QSR Magazine, the newest Colorado franchise will be located in Colorado Springs. Maybe after a day climbing the Manitou Incline, a stop in for some mac & cheese will be in order.
