I'm sure you can remember a bad night of sleep. When I was younger it didn't affect me as it does now. The doctor said it's an age thing. That is not a solution to a bigger issue. I do take magnesium which seems to help. Melatonin amps me up.

Sticking to the same sleep schedule is important too. The right mattress is a must, along with the correct sleep pillows. Light and sound are other issues, it's best to put the electronics away an hour before bedtime.

Caffeine is another thing to consider when it comes to sleep. It will affect your sleep quality. It's important to try and relax with a pre-bed routine. A bad night's sleep is no fun. Especially when you have a big test or presentation the next morning. Here's to a great night of sleep.
