What Happened to the Truck that Caught Fire in Grand Junction?
While it is not exactly clear when the fire took place, a video was posted on YouTube on August 15, 2022, which caught it all on camera.
The video first shows the truck parked on the side of the road and beginning to be engulfed in flames, followed by the driver exiting the vehicle, seemingly unscathed.
The fire continues to burn and spread, causing more and more black smoke to barrel from the cab while the driver appears to make a phone call and attempt to save the forklifts that he was transporting on the back of his truck.
Luckily, the fire department shows up soon thereafter and extinguishes the flames. Also, fortunately, it doesn't appear that anyone was injured and other than the truck, no further property damage.
