Let's take a drive to Cedaredge Colorado. There is plenty to do. My Husband likes to golf there at Cedaredge Golf Club. It's a spectacular course, with incredible views too.

Cedaredge is on my list of Saturday day trips—usually April thru October. There are wineries, and great restaurants. Of course, my favorite place is the Appleshed. You can taste wine, shop for clothing, art pieces, homemade jelly and jams, goodies, and more.

It's only 45 minutes from Montrose, and about the same distance from Grand Junction. If you like Rock and gem places, they have one of those. There are local wineries in town, and just outside of town also. Don't forget the apple festival in October, it's so much fun!

At least 10 months of the year. December and January can be challenging due to the weather. I go on road trips around the Western Slope of Colorado. As I said you would find plenty to do in Cedaredge. Getting away for the day can make you feel more productive as you return to work after your fun weekend of discovering.
